30-Day Returns

Not happy with your purchase? You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us at lay1006@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered — in those cases we cover the cost and will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund — no need to send the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
