Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship & Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: Standard 7–15 business days; Express 3–7 business days.
• United States: Standard International 7–12 business days; Express International 5–10 business days.
• International: 10–25 business days. Available countries are shown at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the method you choose.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email us at lay1006@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, public holidays, and severe weather can cause delays beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped; orders returned because of an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
